12655 Maxxon Level EZ Self-Leveling Underlayment 50 lb. Bag Pallet

It is engineered for leveling, smoothing, and repairing interior gypsum and concrete substrates before installing finished floor coverings. Level EZ provides a durable, flat, smooth floor surface with minimum labor and installation time. When mixed with water, it seeks its level to produce a smooth, flat, hard surface.

Level EZ Features

• For pedestrian traffic and light commercial applications, no mechanical preparation is required. Just clean, prime, and pour!
• It can be walked on in as little as 4 hours
• Can be installed from 1/4” (6 mm)
• Polymer-modified, self-leveling cementitious underlayment
• TOOLS NEEDED: Mixing Drum (15 gallons), 1-gallon measuring tool, high-speed mixing drill (850 rpm), Jiffy (preferred) or egg-beater mixing paddle, gauge rake, smoother/spreader, nonmetallic cleated shoes, 6”x6” welded wire mesh (installations over plywood subfloor)
• All subfloors must be structurally sound, broom-cleaned, and contaminant free
• All subfloors must be dry and at least 50 °F (10 °C).
• Temperatures must be maintained within this range for at least 72 hours.
• Yield: 1/4” (6 mm) 21.0 ft2 (1.93 m2), 1/2” (13 mm) 10.5 ft2 (0.98 m2), 1” (25 mm) 5.25 ft2 (0.48 m2)
• Working time: 15 to 18 minutes.
