The M2 Carriage S-Strap is primarily used to secure your feet to the carriage to avoid slipping and losing control of the carriage. It also improves traction and increases muscle stimulation. We highly recommend the strap be used for SKATING, RUNNER'S LUNGE, SUPER CRUNCH, REVERSE CATFISH, and more Lagree Fitness moves.
